I met with James William a working professional yesterday and talked about writing process. Talking with Mr. William I find that he generally follows three strategies for different kind of writings which are― planning, drafting, and revising. In difficult writing situation he seeks assistance from his willing colleagues, and if they give him criticism, receives it with open mind.
